Vendor Set Up
Vendor Registration is now closed. You may apply to be on the waiting list should a vendor have to drop out. Registered vendors may load in Friday, November 11th from 3-5pm and/or Saturday, November 12th from 8-10am at the Imperial Centre.
Upon arrival at the Imperial Centre, please park in the main parking lot.
Do not pull into the unloading circle until you have checked in and have your booth number assigned.
Enter through the front entrance to check in and receive your name tag and booth assignment.
You can then return to your car and move it to the front circle to drop off your items.
Please unload and leave all items at the curb and return your car to the main parking lot. This will allow all vendors the opportunity to unload near the door. There will be a few carts available to help move items, but if you have your own cart or wagon, that could be helpful.
We will have a limited group of volunteers who can assist in moving your items from the curb to your vendor booth location. Be sure to tell the volunteer on duty at the curb your vendor spot number so volunteers know where to help carry your items.
If you asked for a table, your 6' table will be in your assigned vendor spot.
Please bring your own table cover, booth signage, business cards, shopping bags, and a way to accept payment (square reader, Venmo, cash, etc...) If you are sick, please do not come. Let rwatkins@tarriverarts.com know and we will reach out to someone on the waiting list.
We will have a hospitality booth with water and we have food trucks joining the event for lunch and snack options. Be sure to introduce yourself to your booth neighbors and help each other out with restroom breaks or moments to stretch and walk around to visit our 40+ vendors! We also will have live music throughout the day provided by Jeff Hatley. He played the cello for us last year, for those who participated before.
The Tar River Arts Collaborative is excited to share that our annual "Jingle Mingle Artisan Market" will be held on November 12th at the Imperial Centre in Rocky Mount, NC from 10am-5pm.
Artisan vendors will be INSIDE, out of the elements.
