Set Up
Option 1 - Friday, November 17th - set up from 3pm-5pm. Everyone must be out of the Imperial Centre at 5:00 pm on Friday.
Option 2 - Saturday, November 18th - set up from 8am-10am. Everyone must be ready to begin selling at 10:00 am
You will receive your assigned vendor spot via email prior to November 17th. You may unload your car to the front circle and unload all of your items at the curb. A limited number of rolling carts and volunteers will be available to assist in moving items to your assigned spot. Once your car is unloaded, please park and allow the next vendor to unload at the curb.
One 6-foot table and a chair, it will be set up in your vendor location. Extra chairs will be available on a first-come, first serve basis. If you want to be certain to have an extra chair, please bring your own. Vendor space varies due to the layout of the building. We would like everyone to plan for having a minimum of 8'x8' space, although some areas may be larger than others. Please work cooperatively with nearby vendors to ensure easy access by customers to every booth.

Your Art - This is a family-friendly art market, so no profanity or provocative art for this event, please.
Price Tags (tape, pens, tags)
Ways to display your art (easels, hooks and display panels, etc... You may not attach items to the Imperial Centre walls)
Cash (for change and food trucks)
Way to accept payment (credit card reader, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp - Be sure you know how to use it!)
Promotional materials (business cards, signage, flyers, etc...)
Bags or packing material for customer purchases
If you decorate with lights, please be sure to bring battery-operated lights. We cannot guarantee an outlet at your vendor location.

The Imperial Centre and TRAC are marketing this event in multiple ways. However, nothing beats a personal invitation from the artists! Please invite your clients, friends, and family.
